Mountain View Farm is a wedding venue filled with possibilities for your own vision to be realized.

THE PROPERTY

With beautiful rolling green fields, thousands of tall trees and a seven acre private lake, Mountain View Farm is a wedding venue styled by Mother Nature herself. Oh. And she also gave us horses. We have Friesians and Quarter Horses and they are all wonderful. A little naughty sometimes but always wonderful.

CEREMONY SITES

Weddings at the farm offer a choice of ceremony sites including glens nestled under a towering Carolina forest, an open field dominated by a magnificent ancient Oak tree, a floating pier and a charming covered chapel. Because bookings are for use of the property from Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon, weather can be easily accommodated and last minute adjustments can be made to shift outdoor plans to indoor venues.

Mountain View Home

Weddings at Mountain View Farm include Friday and Saturday night use of Mountain View Home. Steeped in Southern Living charm, the house sleeps six and is the perfect base for bridal parties to have fun the night before the big day and an easy transition into the big day. Features include incredible views of the farm and lake, fantastic light for getting ready for the wedding, three full baths, a full kitchen, lots of organizing and storage space, and comfortable lounge areas both up and downstairs. The open plan main floor has a large screen TV and full sound system.

The Gulf Station

The Gulf Station is a converted tobacco barn filled with memorabilia from the early to mid-20th Century. Even the iconic sign out front is genuine vintage. A discrete distance from Mountain View Home, where the bridal party is located, the Station is the perfect venue for groomsmen to gather and get ready for the ceremony. In addition to being loaded with kitsch, the Station has a full kitchen, full bath and a great stone fireplace outside. The experience is a lot of fun….but don’t worry, we make sure everyone gets to where they need to be on time!
